You wonder why the USPS is going bankrupt? can we say customer service>>? The MAIN post office has some seven available windows. There is often a line of waiting customers out the main door . And how many nof these windows typically have clerks? NO NO NOT the seven that should be TWO! And the manager comes up looks around and goes back to her desk. A private company would and should be bankrupt doing this. They have an entire wall of available lockers to put Post Box rentors packages in. Do they use these? O NO it takes too long for the clerks as they have to list what they do, they want you to stand in line and waste YOUR time. The manager should have been fired LONG ago. Each holiday season same thing, not enough clerks and long lines, the holiday season comes around the same time each year and they don't prepare for it. Pitiful
