I am doing the Street Boxing course with Ed Rush and it is amazing. It is a very focused and intense workout coupled with real world self defense/boxing training from a man who really knows what he is talking about. This isn't theoretical physical training in a vacuum, Ed trains you for what you may encounter on the street and really makes sure you're prepared for whatever happens. And the conditioning is incredible. As a former college athlete, I haven't exercised this hard in years. You hate it while you're doing it, but you feel like a million bucks when you walk out at the end of the workout. Definitely highly recommend Ed and his course.
