My experience with this company has been so so. I have had to call them about 3 different times and only once was the person who answered professional so I don't really think credit is deserved there. On the other hand, I have read a lot of bad things about the technicians, who I luckily haven't had to deal with, but I would only have nice things to say about ""Johnny"". He was very polite, found the problem right away and was helpful. Unfortunately this company as a whole isn't all that but it seems like this is the company that the warranty refers you to so we're kinda stuck in that sense. If it wasn't covered under warranty I wouldn't choose to go here, I guess that's the best way to put it.
