Their JJ's tamales location is horrible. We went Christmas morning because they were featured on the news. I called and they said they opened at 8. We got there after 9 and the place was still locked. When they opened they said it was a 15 minute wait on tamales. 45 minutes later they said they only had one can. They filled the preorders that were there and the first and the first two people in line. We were 4th. Then they said they didn't have anymore and if we wanted tamales we would have to wait an hour. They also said if we left, we would have to get in the back of the line. They didn't mention any of this over the phone when I called. I even asked if I needed to have placed an order to get a dozen and they said no. If I would've known this I wouldn't have even bothered. They didn't even seem sorry for lying about wait time and how much they had. I'm not telling anyone not to go there but take this review into consideration if you ever venture forth to their JJ's location.
