Review content:
I went to the salon three days before my june wedding in 2010. After waiting 45 mins for the technician to show up, which i didn't mind doing as I was a walk in appoint, I got a manicure- which was adequate but not spectacular. Then I asked for an eye brow wax. I have had several eyebrow waxes before, at other salons, and this was the worse experience by far. When the wax went on, it was too hot. When she pulled it off, the pain was like nothing I had felt before. The girl just shrugged it off to being a process of being waxed but I knew something was wrong. After I left the pain in my eyebrows would not go away- it turns out she had burned the skin under both of my eyebrows. I ended up needing to apply neosporin to my eyes 4 times a day, and my makeup artist was able to cover the burn marks for my wedding day. Thank god for that. I would never go back to this salon- especially for any waxing services.
