I am a property owner and highly recommend Rollingwood as a property manager. This was my first experience as a landlord, and I was very nervous about renting out my home. The Rollingwood staff was exceedingly patient, clearly explained everything to me, and did not pressure me in any way. Once they began to manage my property, I came close to forgetting about it ? which was exactly what I wanted! Rollingwood has managed my property with efficiency and professionalism, and I have only had to be minimally involved. The staff is friendly, helpful, and honest.
