Review content:
From the day we applied to rent our house to the day we moved out, the staff at Rollingwood Management always treated us professionally. Unlike other houses we have leased in Austin, this house was clean and in good condition when we moved in just like they said it would be. Additionally, they always responded to our maintenance requests promptly. If you want to rent a house from a management company that cares and does more than collect your rent check, Rollingwood gets my vote!
Pros: paid rent on web site, really cared about renters and property
Cons: we had to move out of our little home :-(
