Food tasted just so so, yes it's run by Taiwanese, not genuine Chinese food, not worth the price.
What's more, their bill was ridiculous. They calculated 15% tip in advance for you, and put the charge for food + tip altogether into the ""food charge"" category on your bill, as if we were not going to pay them tip.
This was definitely ridiculous and definitely humiliation to their customers. Who will go to this restaurant with such a consumer philosohpy again? Anyway, the food quality is not worth going again already, let alone the tip thing.
