This place is horrible. They messed up my mother?s truck with a very poor paint job. I could have done a better job and I can?t even paint. Then she was treated like crap by the sales team and management while trying to get them to fix their mistake. After two weeks of run around, they asked her to bring her truck in to be fixed and gave her a loaner. Shocking that they did that, I know! I?m horrified that a dealership is run this way. Her salesman, ?Rommel? wanted her to bring the loaner car in on the day her truck was ready for pick up. However, she was sick with the swain flu (she had just gone to the doctor a few hours earlier) and so she told him she could not bring the loaner in until the next morning. He told her he didn?t care and wanted the car back by 7 pm. He was rude and unprofessional.

Cons: Very poor customer service. Rude sales department. Managemen
