Review content:
Sergio's was quite possibly the worst salon I have ever been to. The place looks nice, it appears to be a great place, but the employees are horrible, rude, smell like cigarette smoke (while treating you to a spa day?), and worst of all they care nothing about the happiness or satisfaction of their customers. I was extraordinarily disappointed with my experience and the management did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation, even though they were in the wrong. Even the lousy and overpriced places in the mall give you that much courtesy.
Pros: Would be tranquil if the employees were polite.
Cons: Management/owner is terrible, employees smell, ridiculously overpriced
