I was reluctant to even visit this place based on the reviews above, but when I noticed he didn?t even have the correct address, and a username of Bobsucks, it looks more like a competitor bashing. Please only write real reviews!!! Anyhow, I just got my key to my new home in Lakes of Summerville, until I went in and saw the homes for myself, you have no idea, they have oversized lots, a wide selection of floor plans. they pride themselves on being above and beyond and it shows, everything from the hours there open to receiving your key after closing. Compare it for yourself. I give them a 10+
Pros: Oversized lots, tons of floor plans, tons of standards from wains coating to flat ceilings, oversized cabinets in the kitchen and sod from front to back, I could go on forever!
Cons: Not a gated community
