Review content:
I have been a customer of The Hound virtually since it opened in a tiny upstairs shop near Montgomery St. I happened by when at a convention (I live in Southern California) and loved the atmosphere and the owners (then the only staff). The store has moved a few times to its present location, expanded space, staff, and merchandise. But the individual attention from everyone there; the friendliness, and the obvious desire that the customer will look and feel great with just the right suit, or coat, or tie, makes it a place worth visiting. A few other places may carry the same lines of clothing; but none have the people with the experience, knowledge, and desire to provide a customer with the certain knowledge that he or she will have purchased or ordered what will look best. Great products and great service. An old-fashioned concept that still works.
