My husband and I have been fortunate to have dined at many fine restaurants. Some have been highly reccommended and others not. This was our second experience at Pacific's Edge and I must say that it was as negative an experience as our first was. Shame on us for giving it a second chance!!!! The food for all of the hype is mediocre and I believe that I am being generous with this statement. The service was the worst I have ever experienced at a highly regarded restaurant. We would have appreciated some service to go along with the ""lip"" service. I would not reccomend this establishment to my worst enemy! Unfortunately, many restaurants gain recognition based reccomendations by inexperienced diners or by food critic reviews.
