I made it very clear when I scheduled my appointment that I had a lot of sawdust in my apartment due to the fact that my floors were just redone. They assured me that they had someone great to clean my apartment. That she would do a real detailed cleaning and they understood my needs. Well to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The french doors in my apartment had the same film of sawdust on them when I got home as they did when I left in the morning. She didn't even touch them! Also, she never even cleaned my hard wood floors, the bottle of wood cleaner I bought was never opened). I called White Glove immediately to convey my level of disappointment and they told me they would speak to the housekeeper and call me back. I'm still waiting for their call!!!!! And they call themselves a ""professional service""?
