Businiess name:  Hilltop Steak House

Review content:
We went to the Hilltop after a hiatus. My wife says one year. I thought that it was two. Regardless of the duration, something very bad happened in the interim. While the waitress was pleasant and efficient, the food was terrible. I order a medium rare ribeye and received an unidentifiable piece of meat that was overcooked and tasteless. My wife had baked stuffed haddock. Dry and tasteless as well. About the only thing that was good was the baked potato. I am old enough to recall the Hilltop when you waited for over an hour to get in and the wait was worth it. Great steaks at a good value. Now, poor steaks at $20 plus. No restaurant can have a good run forever. The HIlltop is clearly on the decline.
