You cannot trust or rely on R J Carroll Plumbing. I booked an appointment several days in advance, and my credit card pre-charged to confirm the appointment. I stayed home from work and our house was ""shut down"" for a very complex septic tank repair that required several experts. RJ Carrol and Sons called 30 minutes before they were to arrive to begin their phase of the work and cancelled my appointment with no explanation and no apology. When I asked if they had arranged for a substitute they were surprised and said no and when I asked for a referral they gave me a gave me one name and told me to look up the number. When I expressed my frustration at their flip response to my distress, R J Carroll hung up on me. Now I am out many hundreds of dollars for paying the septic pumping service and missing a day of work to coordinate the repairs. Rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate and simply not nice.
Pros: do not confuse with Carroll Plumbing
