Review content:
Never finished the job...took one hour to tighten a faucet...the tech was very inexperienced and made it very obvious that he knew nothing about the plumbing business. The owner had no knowledge of the job and what was really going on and should have had the facts before giving out bad advice on the telephone. RESPONSE FROM Pete's Plumbing: Mrs. Kutz, I wish to offer my personal apology for not meeting your expectations. We know that the story behind one customer's dissatisfaction gets repeated more than the one where our service goes above and beyond. Being in business since 1972, I personally try to understand the problem and then make recommendations--even if it is to refer our customers to someone who handles things we do not. Due to the fact that the first technician and then our field supervisor, Frank, and even your husband, could not actually smell any odor, I made a phone call to a local water restoration company who seemed to have a solution to your problem. I regret you did not feel it was helpful. I did not want to schedule any further work with our company until we could get the odor issue resolved for you. Again my apologies if you thought we left the job unfinished. Your comments will help us to do better next time.
