Quickly found out the hard way that the best price definitely does not mean the best service. Getting a return phone call was like pulling teeth. Once we put a deposit down, I never heard back from them. Did not even come close to getting our floor installed in a timely manner. Very rude and discourteous in response to my voicing concern over the way things were being handled. And that really good price that I was quoted and had a signed contract for - ended up being double what they told me and the job did not include all the services I was told it was going to include. I would never go back to them and am still trying to find a way to get the job finished and get back the amount they overcharged us. Worst home improvement experience ever!!!
Cons: Terrible customer service; totally inaccurate price
