When I made the decision to have labiaplasty I began searching for the best doctors in Colorado. I chose Dr. Heinz because he was the closest to where I live, had good reviews and a free consultation. (Most surgeons asking for at least $100 just to be seen) I had wanted to have my surgery as soon as possible because as a full time worker and student spring break would be the most time I had off for recovery. I was seen within a couple weeks and they fit me in to have my surgery the very next day per my request. I was expecting to spend at least a couple thousand dollars more then Dr. Heinz charged. He charged an all-inclusive flat rate. As a young college student I didn?t feel as though I was being high balled or taken advantage of which was how I felt over the phone with other offices.
I arrived for my surgery prepared with all of the directions and medications I would need. The procedure went smoothly and I was in minimal pain the first day.
It was a painful procedure throughout the healing process, as it is an extremely sensitive and delicate area but every issue I had due to pain, or irritation was addressed promptly. The staff was extremely pleasant and answered all of my questions and fit me in to see the doctor any time I requested. The staff was so sweet and compassionate and they always remembered my name when I came in or called.
When my final stitch was causing irritation they fit me in right away to have it removed. I cannot speak to how pleasant they are enough, it is an uncomfortable and downright embarrassing problem to have and I always felt relaxed and comfortable.
I just finished my final appointment today and everything is totally healed and I am very pleased with the results. If I ever need another procedure I will definitely return to Dr. Heinz. The care was excellent, customer service was the best I have ever had, pain management was excellent and the staff was absolutely wonderful. If you are having any considerations for having cosmetic surgery for esthetic reasons or comfort DO IT! I have so much more confidence and it is your body you should be happy with it and it is a worthwhile investment.
