My Husband and I visit Skilligalee frequently and we always have an excellent meal. My favorite dishes are the stuffed shrimp and the crab cakes. They also have a selection of wonderful nightly specials that we often try. One special that I always order if it is offered is the blackened salmon with a fresh tomato cucumber relish. This is the perfect summer time dish. My family and I love the food and the staff, some of who we have gotten to know very well. They always take excellent care of us treating us more like family than customers. This is a great place to dine!
