Review content:
1st I would like to say the Liberty townhomes were great. This review is about Century 21. I gave a 600 dollar deposit before i moved in. I moved into the townhome in Dec and actually started staying with my ex husband the following month because I had surgery and needed in home care. Needless to say I moved out in May with maybe a total of 1 one of living in the townhome. They charged me $280 out of that deposit for repairs. $100 dollars for house cleaning (when I paid $240 to professional house cleaners and gave century 21 the receipt), $60 for a light repair (when i put in a work order for it as soon as i moved in because it wasn't working before i moved in, they never came to the house to fix it), $30 repair toilet paper holder (which I'm pretty sure wasn't broke), $90 repaint door (which i put on the list of things wrong with the house before i moved in). I would also like to comment that i was never able to talk to LINDA MADRID, the property manager, about anything always had to leave things at the front desk, but work orders never got done. I also request for me to be present during the walk thru inspection and i requested that 1 month prior to me leaving, which never happened. I would not recommend Century 21 to anyone.
