I have yet to find a decent cleaner in Houston. I've given this store three chances to clean my clothes correctly, but to no avail. I've even been assured by the stores owner (who also owns many other locations) that he would personally see to it that my clothes were done to satisfaction. The main problem is the launder service, I like my button down shirts with heavy starch and creased sleeves. The shirts alway come back with little to no starch, the collar stays are never replaced and the broken buttons don't get replaced. For the price you pay here, the service is beyond poor. Not to mention the staff...when I was displeased with service, acted like it was an imposition to re-do the shirts. I wouldn't reccommend any of these cleaners.
