Review content:
We live in the area and up to this point frequented or carried out Collina's food on many occasions. Well last night I got so turned off we're never coming back. I came in to pick up a take-home order. The order wasn't completely ready (which was fine since they're busy on weekend nights). I waited by the counter and happened to glance over into the kitchen area. The *waiter* who was helping me was grabbing lettuce out of a big bowl with his *bare hands* and putting it into my styro container. I was incredulous and complained to both the waiter and the manager standing at the counter. All they said fine, fine, we'll have one of the kitchen staff make another take-home salad. Well after that the waiter put the styro container that he ""prepared"" for us back into the fridge for some other unlucky customer. The finale at the end was that when I got home I realized they missed an item from my order and I had to go back once again to retrieve it. The manager was kind of apologetic and said next time we come in bla-bla ""make it up to me"". Well there won't be a next time.
