I have not had one smooth visit here. In 15,000 miles, I have had to take my used car in seven times for various repairs. All of the brake pads and rotors have had to be replaced with new ones. On top of that, their service department is incredibly over-priced, so I ended up having them replaced elsewhere at less than half of Moran's price. In my experience, ""Mrbill101"" could not be further from the truth -- he probably is an employee.
