Review content:
On August 27, 2004, I discovered that this bank in consorting with a James, William, and Wendy Heafner and a Christmas Mountain Development held a mortgage signed on the mobile home I bought and paid for sitting on a leased property belonging to the Heafners where it had set for 25 years. The first I knew of this was when I was told I had 30 days to move lock, stock, and barrel and upon further research found that the Heafner's had mortgaged the property along with every building either currently on the property either now or in the future. The problem being that I HAD the only building on that property and had had for 25 years. I was later told by a representative of this bank that the Deeds of Trust signed by them did NOT say what they said they meant.
