Review content:
I have been shopping at East Meets West for over ten years as an interior designer and I can tell you first-hand that it is simply a beautiful showroom. Louis takes great pride in representing authentic Americana and his collection is carefully edited and curated. He is wonderfully personable, has an amazing knowledge of his product, and also makes buying as well as selling on consigment very easy. If you are looking for museum quality, authentic American antiques, this is your shop. He has successfully sold pieces of mine and I respect he does not sell reproductions. Only the best antiques, blankets, quilts, paintings, hutches, chairs, upholstery, beds, ironstone, I could go on and on, you must see it for yourself. This is a man who lives his passion, decorating historical homes, movie sets, or city lofts. He is just as sweet to the world class decorator as he was to me, the beginner, years ago and he is truly in a league of his own on both the East and West Coasts. His business is always thriving and that is because of the world-class product and service he provides. He lives, eats, and breathes this stuff and is so incredibly generous and fun to boot. you will be transported to another world when you shop here!
