Businiess name:  Best Buy

Best Buy is a big box consumer electronics store. They do get great prices when something is in stock but getting in store help is tough. Also they are always pushing their extended warranty on you at often outrageous prices. The real kicker for me though is their restocking fees. You buy a product get it home and find out it is not anywhere near as good as you thought. You bring it back and you can pay up to 15% restocking fees. I miss the local retailer who knew his business and had the time to help you make a purchase.
