My main complaints are two: they used my credit card to pay their suppliers/subcontractors without my permission and the insulation supplied does not meet the standards printed on the bags of material. The office help does not seem to connect with the supervisor nor with the assigned workers. They tried to charge a different price (oddly lower than the contract) when the first insulation was done; I asked to see my signed contract: they do not have it. They returned after I stopped payments on my credit card. Three weeks of headache and substandard insulation. I feel the office is out of control. No problems in 2009.
Pros: Good for airconditioning in 2009
Cons: Poor standards for insullation work in 2010
