Review content:
After dropping about $800 (peanuts at this store) at Ylang Ylang, I was given the boot by the owner because I complained about the fact that they never once answered my emails. I had something on lay-away and he canceled the layaway, saying in effect that my business wasn't wanted. This is the kind of arrogance you expect to find in Paris, not Dallas. The jewelry selection is good, but not always accurately represented online, which is how I shop there. Their attitude of customer-be-damned ought to cost them business. I hope there are some self-respecting jewelry lovers out there who would rather deprive themselves of what they want than let this little Napoleon push them around. He doesn't deserve the business.
Pros: selection
Cons: arrogance, poor customer service
