Review content:
We lived in Raintree Acres for years. The management here cares nothing about the residents-only will take your hard earned money. Upon making a reasonable maintenace request I was asked to leave. The management is really lazy and all they care about is the money you pay them. Expect nothing in return. The water at the park has rust in it and is unfit to drink, but again management could care less. They kept our lot deposit after we moved, something which was also not right or legal, but what do you expect from a company whose only concern in themselves. This park at one time was owned by Clayton Homes, but has since been sold to some sorry company in Colorado called Yes Communites who are even more uncaring than ever. Take it from someone who lived there a long time and totally avoid this rip-off company. I have nothing good to say about these deceptive con artists. Cons: plenty
