Review content:
Went to the place around 4:30, a hispanic owner greeted me nicely. I was thinking of Japanese owner but it seems that the original owner passed away and the chef took over the business. He worked alone so I could understand service being slower than normal. But the important thing, food, was great. I tried cold ramen and it tasted very nice and noodle was just as good. Spicy ramen was ok, it was just shoyu with spicy oil added. Overall it was nice experience, after disappointing visits to Mitsuwa Costa Mesa food court, this place will get my visits from now on.
Pros: Good tastes, huge size!!! plus nice owner.
Cons: slow service due to the owner working alone, might be different at busy times.
