i'm pretty upset with the quality of mirage waterbed we received...........the instructions were horrible, the 3/4"" screws were 1"" (went completely through both boards...) if i'm gonna pay as much as i did for a king size mirage waterbed, i expect to get something decent, not poorly made.....if it weren't for the fact i had to drive an hour to order and then pick up the bed, it would probably be in pieces in front of the store i bought it from ""oak express"" whom gave us the wrong deck boards so after waiting two weeks to get the bed and sleeping on the floor, we still had to wait to have a bed........i'm a business owner and i expect better service and i'm very dissatisfied and will let others know of my problems
