They lost my package from Japan! After almost one month since my mom send me a gift, it is still missing!!! I cannot believe. It was so precious for me and I cannot tell how much I have been looking for receiving a birthday gift from my mother living in a different country....I am calling almost everyday and so desperate to find out the package...You know how irritating is this post office? They just ask the same question each time, and even worse, each one of worker who took my call gave me the same answer ""I do not know what is going on""!!!(you know, i just hung the phone to the office. This is already 9 times, as long as I remember.) I really really DOUBT the working morale of these people. First of all, they should investigate for the lost package ASAP!!! Second, they should at least report the process of the investigation IF they start!!! I would say not to live this area for this post office!!!!
