If you are only into heavy weight lifting, then this is the gym for you. Otherwise, you might feel that it is not worth the membership price. Staff is very nice. Pro's: Local gym with great hours. Con's: Very small qym, Limited qty of cardio equipment, Equipment (Cardio, Benches, Weight-Training) starting to get old and frequently out of service/needing repair constantly (no investment on new equipment). VERY limited group classes. Gym can use a fresh coat of paint and bathrooms remodeled. No steam or dry sauna. The group fitness room only has mirrors on one wall (some of the mirrors broken), and equipment (mats, hand weights, ab equipment, etc) not organized. Would like to see a new gym (like Lifestyle, Gold's, or California Fitness) come into town and build a gym with a different view on fitness that just weight-lifting. Feels that management is milking the cash cow and not expanding / investing / refreshing the gym.
