Businiess name:  Old Town Malt Shop

Review content:
It's a shame that some people work at great restaurants when they deliver poor service. I have always loved that malt shop. I would go a few times each summer. Just fairly recently I went with my mother and I will NEVER EVER go back their because one of their employees. I don't know who the woman was, but from what I could gather she was the owner (Or so I think) When we sat down she was sitting at a table with customers and she was extremely loud and obnoxious. We didn't say anything because she seemed to be having a good time. She made one of her employees do everything, the poor girl. She never even got up to check on anyone. At some point she grabbed her purse and left. Upon her return she went into the kitchen with a small child that I am assuming was her daughter. When she came back she screamed ""TWO BURGERS!!!!"" when there was only 3 tables filled and only one didn't have food. I moved my papers so she could set the items down and I raised my hand. When she walked over she very abruptly dropped our burgers on the table and asked me ""What the heck was that look for?!"" I didn't know what she was referring to and neither did my mother, so my mom replied with ""She's a little tired."" because I have had facial reconstructive surgery as a child and sometimes it may look as me being depressed. Then the woman very forcefully asked me ""Are you mad at me or something?!?!?!"" and I replied with ""Do I have a reason to be?"" and she just huffed and walked away. When we checked out and I left the building, she was sitting outside, immediately in front of the door talking to someone who was also sitting there and I heard her talking about me on my way out. Call me crazy, but you should never talk so badly to potential customers. She was rude, and I will NEVER take anyone there, and I will however tell everyone I know about how awful that place was. The food was great, but that woman was the most hateful person I have ever met. Sad thing is, I was waiting to ask her if i could rent out the building for the day to do a 50's themed photo shoot, and I was going to pay top dollar for it. Maybe next time she won't be so snotty to her customers. Pros: The food is good Cons: The owner is extremely rude and hateful to customers
