This place is a joke, on their website they state that they charge between 10 to 20 bucks for a grille. When i called them they said we charge 25, Today i drove all the way there and they told me now the price is 35. When i asked them why are you lying to me? The fat, old lady at the desk, replies to me "" in 2 minutes you will not have a part at all""
She threatened me, the other lady was even worse. I had to go to work but i was planning to call the cops. I just bought the part In NEW Condition on line for 40 bucks.
These two ladies upfront even refused to give me the name of the business owner after i requested to talk to him. Very unprofessional. I am finding out who owns this place tomorrow, and am contacting the BBB for these Liars, who have no sense of costumer service. If you are looking to get ripped off then go to Crescent u pull it in Morrisville PA.
