I bought a ring from The Turquoise Door for $160.00. Within 3 months the stone fell out while I was wearing it and was lost. They would not replace the stone without , as quoted by the store's owner, ""a hefty charge"" . As also quoted by the store's owner ""that's all I can do"". This was a Barbara Cole ring and the store owner said he bought her rings from an agent and that's all he could do. Since I had bought the ring within 3 months of the stone falling out, I think The Turquoise Door should be responsible for getting the stone replaced for me at no additional cost, whether it's through the agent or Barbara Cole herself! But the store's owner made it quite clear he wasn't going help me. I feel like he just stole $160.00 right out of my wallet!!! I will never shop there again and encourage you not to also and not to buy Barbara Cole jewelry.
Cons: They don't stand behind the products they sell.
