when bringing vehicle in for my lifetime free oil change the service personal tore the side out of my tire. They then offered me a new tire""at their cost"". with no other choice I purchased the tire. Having a manufacturers three year bumper to bumper warranty I took truck to service to have warranty work performed. I was told by the service department that I didn't have a three year bumper to bumper warranty and that their salesperson lied to me wnen I purchased the vehicle so that I would buy it. None of this is true. I took my vehicle to another dealer to have the warranty work performed with no problems. Each time I took my vehicle in for my free oil change something on the vehicle was damaged. I no longer have them change the oil and have forefited my lifetime free oil change. the service personel are liars and vandals and the dealer should be shut down.
