Wow, I'm surprised to read ANY bad reviews of this place, since I have had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL experiences there. As a matter of fact, I have had a Spector Bass on layaway since June. I got a phone call from J.T. today telling me that he'd knock off $100 if I paid the final $90 today! WOW! AND, he would either ship it to me in Los Angeles for FREE or I can have my buddy in Hendersonville pick it up for me.
I would suggest that if anybody is having an issue, simply ask for J.T., he's extremely professional and very cool. I'm sure he would give you only the best of results like he did for me. -George
