I ordered a professional organization pocket insert from the national organization. The insert was damaged in shipment by the carrier. I contacted my organization to report the damage return, they contacted Prestige Trophy and within 24 hours after receipt of the carrier damaged item, a replacement was in the Prestige queue. Six calendar days after receipt of the carrier-damaged item, I had a replacement delivered to my door, in time for an upcoming conference. The quality, workmanship and visual appeal were far beyond my expectations. Coupled with their willingness to ship me the replacement and deal with the shipper for their credit, the quick turnaround time, and the quality of the item, they clearly deserve all five stars.
