I am a local and have always heard that people receive horrible customer service, but I had my own AWFUL experience there last week. The owner yelled at my 2 year old child for simply starting to go up their stairs (un-gated I might mention). When I very calmly reminded her that it is, in fact, a children's store- she came at my children and I, red faced and yelling! Three other patrons stepped in to tell the woman she was out-of-line, but she followed us out to the curb irate and irrational. Protect yourself and STAY AWAY. In today's economy where baby boutiques are a dying breed, one would expect the Duck Pond's customers would be important. BUYERS BEWARE.
