I landed in Colorado Fondue Company one night, after trying to get a spot in Melting Pot and being told that the waiting time was ridiculously long. I called ahead of time, was able to get accomodated within reason and had one of the loveliest dining experiences with my wife and my 2-year old kid with the best service we've had in years. Highly recommendable.
