Review content:
I just recently moved to the area. My boyfriend of a long time sent me flowers as a surprise. When they arrived it was clear, from previous arrangements sent, that the flowers delivered were not the flowers requested and paid for. It looked like the kitchen sink was tossed into a vase. The flowers looked as though they were purchased at Publix in a buy 3 bunches for $6. When I called to ask about the arrangement I was told that my boyfriend asked for ""premium stock flowers""... Their words not mine. I did not know Carnations, Alstromeria, Casablancas and Solidaster, just to name a few of the weeds that arrived were considered ""premium stock."" I asked the owner to pick up the flowers and please redo them to the level that I know was paid for. At first she said she would credit his account and just pick them up. I explained that the flowers were a lovely surprise and a gift to me from my boyfriend and I did not want to insult or hurt his feelings. I wanted the flowers and just wanted them replaced to satisfaction. I was promised that they would pick up the flowers and deliver new flowers the next day. I was shocked when I came home the next day to no flowers. I called the florist first thing the next morning and asked where my flowers were. They told me that they decided they would not be replacing the flowers and that was that. They did not even have the decency or class to even call and tell me this! I was put in the terrible position of having to tell my boyfriend the flowers he sent looked like weeds collected along the side of the road. Cons: This florist is simply the worst.
