PHENOMENAL Customer Service !!!
Unfortunately, I waited to the very last minute to shop for my Godson. I live in Southern California, in a panic I went online hoping I could find a Toy Store who would be able to hand deliver (yeah right I know, I said hand deliver) a present on Christmas Eve (yes I did said say Christmas Eve).
Well, I have to tell you Christmas came early for me, as within a few minutes from my online purchase The Toy Box in Hanover sent me an email, first thanking me for my business (YES, that's correct, I did say thay were thanking me for my business) and the said ABSOLUTELY they would be able to deliver my Godson's present by Christmas, today being December 23rd.
How's that for Customer Service and SO refreshing, I thought that type of Customer Service was all in the past when my parents were growing up!!!
All's I can say is, Thank you VERY, VERY, VERY and if I hand't mentioned it, V E R Y MUCH The Toy Box, you're the ABSOLUTE VERY BEST in the Business !!!
