TWO YEARS AGO THIS COMPANY PUT A NEW PORCH COVER ON MY HOME. IT IS FALLING APART NOW. I HAVE CALLED PAUL TWICE NOW AND HE KEEPS TELLING ME THAT HIS SERVICE DEPT WILL BE OUT. TODAY, MARCH 21ST, NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO HANDLE THIS? I GUESS MY NEXT STEP IS TO CONTACT MY ATTORNEY.
