Over two months ago my Mom, who is 71 years old, needed her hot tub repaired. Dan came to the house and removed the heater unit to the hot tub, took 100 dollars up front and then received 133 dollars for the a new one. He had misdiagnosed the problem because after the installment of the new heater the hot tub was still broken. He then took the panel with the electrical information on it and was going to send it to Balboa to have it fixed. My Mom gave him 100 dollars for the shipping per his request. He never did sent it. Weeks went on and numerous phone calls were made with no replies. He finally brought the panel back with the old heater in it but did not return her the money. When I finally got a hold of him he used personal excuses as to why he had not returned the money. Arrangements were made and he never followed through. He refused to cooperate. After 333 dollars the hot tub was not fixed.We have given him plenty of time and it is obvious he will never return her the money. Not only does he rip off the customer he takes it from elderly women. He should be ashamed of himself. Karen Kozak
