I have never experienced service this horrible. I go in to get a very expensive classic game fixed and one of the workers puts his dusty fingers all over the disk. Ends up cursing at me while the owner just stands there. I have never been so offended in my life! Horrid place! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Pros: Not one!
Cons: Worse retail experience of my life
