After reading the reviews I was very excited to try this place. My fiance and I had some family in town and wanted to take them to an awesome vegan restaurant. It was very crowded when we got there at 7pm but we knew we would probably be in for a wait. Especially because Im sure theres only 9 tables in the building. We waited for about 20 min for our name to be called then we were seated. We ordered our beers and then 10 min later I guess someone who was a bus boy came over and said they were out of two of the 4 beers we ordered..and they were out of another one we didnt. Okay, sometimes you run out of beer..I get it, no problem. So we ordered something else, and waited another 10 min to receive our second order. Our waitress brought us our drinks and then took our order and proceeded to disappear FOR AN ENTIRE HOUR!!!!!!!!!! SHE DIDNT CHECK ON US ONCE!!! We couldnt even find her in the restaurant!! THEN she came to our table and said ""oh I guess you didnt get your food huh?""..... she left and my fiance followed her to ask if the kitchen had even gotten our ticket and she said ""oh..i think it got lost.."" so he said we were just going to leave and that he assumed the drinks were on the house and she said ""YEA.. see you later!!"" I HAVE NEVER had service this bad... if she had come over and apologized and said ""Im so sorry I totally forgot to put your order in but I promise it will be out very soon!"" we would have stayed.. but that was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and I would never eat here again!
