Businiess name:  Eyecandy Salon

Review content:
I naturally have brown hair, and have been getting highlights for years to make my hair a natural looking blonde. I just moved to Nashville and needed to find a new salon, and chose Eyecandy. My hair was already a dark blonde, and I asked for full highlights, asking to be blonder. Everything looked fine at first glance, except that I noticed that she didn't even bother to touch the ends of my hair, so I had blonde roots and dark blonde ends. When I went home, I noticed chunks of hair that she had missed, showing my re-growth, and even got asked if I colored my hair myself. Ive never had so much brown left in my hair before, due to lack of foils. If I paid for full highlights, that's what I expect to get, and I felt completely ripped off. I complained and went back to the salon for them to fix it, but all I got was excuses about why my hair didn't turn out, and she blamed it on previous hairdressers, acting like I never got my hair done before. She put more highlights in and removed most of the brown, but she over-processed the hair on my forehead, and also missed it with toner!! So now I have almost white blonde hair contrasting against the rest when I have my hair back. Ive never had my hair done that badly before.
