I paid $200 to get my hair colored there and it was a disaster. I came in with a picture of what I wanted (light to medium chestnut brown) and they tried to talk me out of it by telling me I'd look great with red hair but I put my foot down and chose the color I wanted. My particular stylist seemed ver y new to the field as he kept on running off to ask questions but I felt like I was in good hands because the owner was overseeing. I don't know if it was because of my stylists inexperience or they decided to disregard the color I wanted but it turned out a brassy orangey maroon if you can imagine. To be honest it looks like clown hair and the fact that it's so awful would be funny if it hadn't been so expensive. They should've paid me to have their novice experiment on me. The wierdest part is that the owner kept on coming over to say how great it looked while I tried not to cry. All I can say is don't go there if you value your hair.
